Statutory audit, assurance and other services requiring a practising licence are provided separately through Rafiu Olawuyi & Co., an independent professional practice led by Rafiu Olawuyi, FCA — a licensed practising member of ICAN (PL19676), a licensed practitioner of CITN (Practice Licence 1448) and a registered professional with the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRC/2020/PRO/00000020159).

Outliers Professionals Ltd is not an ICAN-licensed audit or assurance practice and does not undertake statutory audit engagements in its corporate capacity. Statutory audit, assurance, and other services requiring a practising licence are provided separately through Rafiu Olawuyi & Co., an independent professional practice led by Rafiu Olawuyi, FCA, a licensed practising member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), a licensed practitioner of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), and a registered professional with the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRC), subject to applicable professional and regulatory requirements.

Dashboards aggregate publicly available and proprietary data into visual summaries. Data is refreshed periodically and may not reflect real-time market conditions. Enterprise dashboard users receive data warranties only where expressly stated in their engagement letter.

Intelligence briefs, outlooks, sector reports, regulatory watches and publications are published for subscribers and registered users. Content may not be reproduced, redistributed or republished in whole or in substantial part without written permission. Short excerpts may be shared with attribution and a link to the original source.

Professional and Enterprise subscriptions grant access to premium content, dashboards and tools for the duration of the paid term. Access is non-transferable and limited to the named user or, for Enterprise, the licensed number of seats. We may suspend access for non-payment or violations of these Terms. Subscription pricing and billing are handled by Paddle; their terms of service also apply to the payment transaction.

All content — text, graphics, logos, reports, frameworks, assessment methodologies, dashboard designs — is owned by or licensed to Outliers Professionals Ltd. You may share short excerpts with attribution and a link. Republishing in full requires written permission.

Do not attempt to interfere with site security, scrape data, reverse-engineer tools, share login credentials, resell access, or use the site to send unlawful or harmful content. Automated access (bots, scripts) is prohibited except where explicitly permitted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outliers Professionals Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, its content, assessments or dashboards. Our total liability for any claim related to paid services is limited to the amount you paid for those services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

All content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not warrant that content is complete, timely or error-free. You should verify any information before acting on it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State. Disputes are first addressed through direct dialogue; unresolved disputes may proceed to mediation under LMDC rules.
