Archive

Every published asset, on the record.

The archive is the institutional record of Outliers' published work — research reports, intelligence briefs, whitepapers, guides, articles and newsletter issues. Each entry carries a stable identifier and a version history; supersessions and retractions remain on the record.

Editorial governance
Versioning at a glance

How versions work.

  • v1.0First publication of the asset under its stable ID.
  • v1.xMinor correction — typographical, citation or link fix. Body substantively unchanged.
  • v2.0+Substantive update — findings, scope or methodology have changed. A new citation is generated.
  • SupersededA newer major version has replaced this one. The record remains accessible.
  • RetractedThe asset has been formally retracted. A retraction notice replaces the body.
Published when warranted

The archive grows when assets are released — not before.

Outliers does not pre-populate the archive with placeholder or fabricated entries. Each archive entry corresponds to an asset that has cleared editorial sign-off under the firm's Standards & Methodology, been assigned a stable identifier, and been published on the platform.
