This Notice sets out how Outliers Professionals Ltd, as Data Controller, processes personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023 and the directives of the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).

We process data lawfully, fairly and transparently; only for specified purposes; only to the extent necessary; accurately; for no longer than required; and with appropriate technical and organisational security.

Cross-border transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside Nigeria, we rely on NDPC-approved safeguards, including standard contractual clauses and adequacy decisions.

Security

Encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, audit logging, vendor due diligence, and an incident response procedure aligned with NDPC breach notification timelines (72 hours).

Data subject rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing. We respond within statutory timelines. Complaints may be lodged with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).

All lead-magnet and consultation forms collect only the minimum data necessary, require explicit consent for marketing, and provide a one-click unsubscribe in every email.
