Assessment & certification

A certification that means something.

For the Certification Programme, three components combine: a written assessment from the module objectives; the Governance Health Check applied to the participant's own board with a written interpretation; and a board-improvement action plan with owners and dates. Certification is awarded on completion of all three, with an annual refresher tied to the re-running of the Health Check.
