- Live case study from your own organisation (anonymisable)
- 100-Point CFO Diagnostic™ submission with reflections
- Board pack sample mapped to the Outliers Board Reporting Framework™
≥ 70% on the CFO Maturity Assessment™ (Practising band) plus a passing portfolio defence. Advanced and Master levels require higher band scores and additional evidence.
