Course outlines, module titles, module summaries and delivery information published in this catalogue are provided so that you can evaluate Outliers Academy training for yourself or your organisation.
- You may read, print and share outlines internally within your organisation for the purpose of evaluating Outliers Academy training.
- Reproduction, redistribution, publication, resale, or use of this material to design or deliver another provider's training requires our prior written permission.
- Facilitator guides, detailed lesson content, slides, exercises, case-study solutions, answer keys and assessment banks are restricted teaching materials. They are not part of this catalogue and are released only to authorised staff and approved participants.
- Authorised downloads are watermarked with the recipient's name or email address, the access date, "Outliers Academy" and "Rafiu Olawuyi FCA". Access and downloads are recorded, and reasonable limits apply to discourage bulk extraction.
- Access may be withdrawn where these terms are breached or where access is shared with people it was not issued to.
- All intellectual property in Outliers Academy curricula and materials remains with Outliers Professionals Ltd.

Privacy notice
What we collect and why
To release an expanded course outline we collect your name, email address, and whether you are enquiring as an individual or on behalf of an organisation. Corporate enquirers also give an organisation name and job title. A telephone number is optional. We use these details to verify your email address, to give you access to outlines, and to understand which programmes are in demand.
When you submit a training enquiry we additionally collect the course selected, estimated participant numbers, preferred dates, delivery format, location and any customisation requirements, so that we can respond with a proposal.
Lawful basis
We process these details to take steps at your request before entering a contract, and in our legitimate interest in responding to training enquiries. Marketing emails are sent only on your separate, optional consent.
Marketing is always separate
Consent to receive Outliers Academy updates is a separate, unticked option. Access to course outlines never depends on it, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Who sees your details
Your details are seen by the Outliers Academy team and are held in our secured systems. We use an email delivery provider to send verification links, receipts and internal notifications. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them for third-party marketing.
Access records
We record when outlines are opened and when authorised materials are downloaded. These records protect our teaching materials and are used for security and compliance only.
How long we keep it
Enquiry, outline-access and download records are kept for 24 months from your last meaningful contact or access activity — for example your most recent enquiry, reply, outline access or authorised download. At the end of that period the records are deleted or anonymised.
We keep records longer only where a longer period is required by law, or where an active contractual, legal or dispute matter makes it necessary. In those cases we keep only what is needed for that purpose, and delete or anonymise the records once it ends.
This is enforced automatically, not manually: a scheduled daily process removes enquiry records that have passed the 24-month point, anonymises the contact details held against dormant outline-access records, and strips the email address from older access and download entries while keeping the anonymous security trail. Each run is itself recorded so we can evidence that the rule has been applied.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your details, ask us to correct them, ask us to delete them, or object to how we use them. Write to privacy@outlierspro.com and we will respond. For anything about training, write to academy@outlierspro.com.
