Olawuyi Lanre
Managing Director & Partner
Lanre Olawuyi is a seasoned finance and data analytics leader with over 22 years of experience spanning corporate finance, audit, tax, telecoms, securities, data science and business advisory. As Managing Director & Partner at Outliers Professionals Ltd, he drives the firm’s mission to deliver data-powered financial, tax, and compliance solutions that help clients grow and stay ahead.
He also serves as Managing Partner at Rafiu Olawuyi & Co (Chartered Accountants) and Facts & Next Consulting (Chartered Tax Practioners) and previously held the position of Group CFO at Meristem Securities Ltd, where he led strategic financial initiatives across multiple subsidiaries.
Lanre holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from the University of Lagos (Unilag) and an HND in Accountancy from Federal Polytechnic Bida, complemented by a Master of Data Science from Deakin University, Australia, and a Postgraduate credential in Data Science & Business Analytics from the University of Texas at Austin, uniquely blending deep financial expertise with advanced analytics.
A Fellow of ICAN and Associate of CITN, Lanre also facilitates executive trainings, championing finance transformation and governance best practices.
Akapo Olukayode Josiah
Strategic Partner & Technical Advisor
Akapo Olukayode Josiah is a distinguished professional with over 37 years of experience spanning audit, assurance, taxation, quality management, and advisory services. At Outliers Professionals Ltd, he serves in a collaborative capacity as Strategic Partner & Technical Advisor, playing an integral role in shaping the firm’s technical direction and service delivery.
Olukayode began his career with Adetola Isichel & Co (now Akintola Williams Deloitte), and went on to make impactful contributions at Marinho and Partners and Emmanuel Adeyemo Ogunlowo & Co. He later joined the Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria (SPDC), where he specialized in technical auditing, security systems, and internal controls. In 1992, he founded Akapo & Partners (Chartered Accountants), where he continues to serve as Managing Partner, bringing over 28 years of public practice leadership to the profession.
His extensive expertise is complemented by specialized training in Quality Management (Lagos Business School), Commercial Quality Management Systems (Shell London/The Hague), Technical Auditing & Security Systems (SPDC The Hague), and Internal Auditing (SPDC Lagos), along with numerous professional courses in assurance, tax, and advisory.
A graduate of Business Administration from the University of Lagos, with additional diplomas in Commercial Law and Marketing, Olukayode is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). Dr. Ebe Cletus Oluwadare

Dr. Ebe Cletus Oluwadare is a distinguished governance, risk, and compliance professional with over 22 years of progressive experience spanning banking, payments, telecommunications, and publishing. At Outliers Professionals Ltd, he serves as Strategic Partner for Risk & Compliance, playing a pivotal role in strengthening the firm’s internal control, regulatory, and risk advisory offerings.
Dr. Cletus has built a formidable career across leading institutions. He currently serves as Head of Internal Audit at Impact Credit Guarantee Ltd (a subsidiary of the Development Bank of Nigeria), overseeing enterprise-wide risk-based audits, compliance testing, and strategic reporting to the Board. Previously, he was Chief Audit Executive & Chief Compliance Officer at MoneyMaster Payment Service Bank, managing regulatory compliance, AML/CTF/CPF frameworks, and internal control systems. His distinguished 15-year tenure at Zenith Bank Plc saw him rise to Regional Audit Supervisor and Team Lead, IT Audit & Control (Card Services and E-Settlement Audit), where he led critical reviews of branch operations, e-settlement platforms, cybersecurity frameworks, and fraud investigations.
Academically, Dr. Cletus holds a PhD and MSc in Accounting from Babcock University, an MBA from Obafemi Awolowo University, a BSc in Accounting , and an HND in Accountancy from Kwara State Polytechnic. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and an ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, with extensive training in internal controls, fraud detection, cybersecurity auditing, and regulatory compliance.
His partnership with Outliers Professionals Ltd enhances the firm’s capability to deliver robust governance, risk, and compliance solutions, helping clients mitigate risk exposures, strengthen controls, and achieve regulatory excellence.
OWOLABI K. OLAYINKA
Associate Partner
Owolabi K. Olayinka is a seasoned finance professional with over 20 years of diverse experience spanning the fast food, manufacturing, retail, and financial technology sectors. His career features impactful roles as Unit Accountant at Tantalizers, Cost Accountant at Chellarams Plc., and Finance Manager at Woolworths Retail Stores Limited. He also serves as an implementation partner on the BankOne platform for Appzone Limited, extending his expertise into digital financial solutions.
At Outliers Professionals Ltd, Olayinka serves in the capacity of Associate Partner, collaborating on strategic engagements, technical oversight, and bespoke client solutions. His practical exposure across multiple industries enhances the firm’s capacity to deliver tailored tax, audit, and advisory services.
Olayinka holds a BSc in Accounting from the University of Lagos and an HND from Lagos State Polytechnic, alongside a Master’s degree, grounding his professional work in solid academic training. Beyond his corporate roles, he facilitate trainings, helping shape the next generation of accounting professionals. He also leads as Managing Partner at K. Olayinka Owolabi & Co. Sulaiman Kola Kadri
Strategic Partner, Legal Affairs
Sulaiman Kola Kadri is a seasoned legal practitioner with a strong flair for litigation and extensive experience representing clients before Nigeria’s superior courts of record. His diverse practice covers commercial disputes, contract law, employment and labour matters, property law, banking, and telecommunications. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2010.
Kola holds a Law degree from the University of Ilorin (2007), where he was actively involved in student leadership and governance through the Students’ Union. Passionate about justice and driven by a long-term goal to attain the highest professional rank in the Nigerian legal system, he is currently a prospective postgraduate student at the University of Lagos.
Before establishing himself as Principal Partner at Virgo Law Office (Royal Chambers), Kola honed his expertise with reputable law firms including M.A.O. Abiru & Co. and Nasir Olawale Runmonkun & Co., and also served as Legal Counsel at DNL Partners.

Idris Adeyemi

Idris Adeyemi is a dynamic technology leader with nearly two decades of experience driving IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems across diverse industries. At Outliers Professionals Ltd, he spearheads our technology and digital transformation practice, helping clients build secure, scalable, and data-driven environments that power growth.
His career spans strategic roles in Microsoft 365 support at Tek-Experts, IT administration at Tadop Global Services, and earlier positions in FMCG logistics and financial control — all shaping his holistic, business-focused approach to technology. Idris excels in Azure cloud, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and network security, with a proven record of streamlining operations and unlocking digital efficiencies.
He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Information Technology, a B.Sc. in Transport Management Technology from LAUTECH, and is completing an M.Sc. in IT. His credentials include Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104), CCNA, and multiple certifications in cybersecurity and modern workplace platforms.
